Where did my night 7Go go ?

I want my Gega's back , yesterday I went to sleep with 7Go in my 4G Orange key ! now they are all gone.
You sent me an SMS to pay January bill max 14/03/2019. WHERE DID MY 7GO GO ????? and there is NO ONE in the chatbox to explain, I kept waiting for 30min and nothing ! This is the second time that happened .. FIX THIS !!!!!
