Payment gone but credit not added

Hello, I landed in Tunisia today and got an orange sim from the airport, I topped it up first time by entering my card details then added money to my wallet and bought internet but when I tried again the money went out my bank but it didn’t get added to my orange wallet to top up and then I tried topping up by the phone directly and still I entered my card details the money went from my bank but my internet didn’t come through can someone please help me as I spent twice trying to add internet and I have lost money on this !!
