Roaming Activation

Hi, my contract says I have roaming. However, something is wrong because:
1. I cannot send an SMS to another country, 2. No one from outside Tunisia can connect to my number.
My client number is CNT04535834 (I'm not posting my actual number to a strangely public question database...). Please check and let me know asap, as I'm traveling soon. (Yes, I tried sending messages when I had enough credit - I see that messages are 150 Mil and calls are at different rates, including 540 Mil)
