Hello why is my monthly credit been taken before my bonus and top up is finished.

In my account I have 50tnd top up balance, 8 GO PLUS 32 GO monthly credit. What I would like to know is why is my monthly credit is being taken before the bonus and top up..As from midnight 8 th Nov i will loose this..
